Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the time of placing. Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package (chosen at check out). There may be shipping delays due to carrier in some instances for holidays, weather, etc. 

 

Refunds/Returns

Monarch Body Co. does not accept returns due to the nature of the product, as they can not be resold due to health and hygiene reasons. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact for assistance.

 

Product Caution

If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact local care physician.

 

Appearance

All items are handmade and vary in appearance. Your soap bars may differ slightly from photographs. All descriptions are as accurate as possible. Net weight is listed per bar. All bars are hand cut with slightly different variants. 

 

Claims/Medical Use

Soap descriptions are not medical claims, per FDA regulations. Potential skin "benefits" are provided based on common ingredient knowledge and not on the basis of medicine. The soap's intention is to cleanse. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
